BACKYARD BOOTCAMP

This class provides an outdoor fitness adventure where individuals strive to push both their physical and mental limits. The tools for this class consist of ropes, hills, weighted bags, sledgehammers,logs, sleds, tires and did we mention hills! Get Down.  Get Dirty. Get Fit.

BODIES N’ MOTION

If you enjoy moving and shaking your hips you will love this class.  This class offers a combination of hip-hop dance, rhythmic expression, and cardio movements to get your body in motion.  Easy-to-follow dance moves, set to various styles of music. No dance experience required.  All Fitness Levels.

BODY SCULPT

A full-body conditioning class that uses light hand-weights, resistance bands & bodyweight exercises to target each muscle group, improving tone and increasing strength.  Strengthens and conditions all muscles of the body through balance and control. All Fitness Levels.

BOOT CAMP

This class is a combination of strength, cardio, and muscle endurance, core, and functional movement patterns.  These moves change every week.  Modifications can be made for all levels.

CARDIO & TONE

This class consists of traditional cardio moves with a hint of dance for non-stop groove!  Exercises will range from choreographed floor aerobics, interval training, calisthenics and resistance training.

“INSANITY” (See Morning Madness)

This class is self descriptive.  Come and join a group of INSANE Quick Fit members at 5:15am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays/8:00am Tuesdays and Thursdays where they choose their own fitness DVD to workout to in our aerobics room.  No instructor… just a group of members that love to workout!

JUST DANCE

Burn up the dance floor and burn calories too!  This high-energy dance workout will make you sweat while you learn the latest moves from the clubs and music videos.  The instructor will break down the moves so they are easy to learn and easy to follow!  Anyone can do this. This workout feels more like a night on the town then exercise. Drop the pounds and get rapid results while you dance, dance, dance!

KID FIT

Our Kid Fit class is designed to teach children basic movement and sports skills in a fun, creative, and safe environment.  The class is designed for children ages 5-12.

KICK & CORE

This is a cardio-based class with a big punch of kickboxing!  It involves intervals of strength/endurance training for an intense cardio workout.  Learn the correct form for a variety of kickboxing moves.  This is a complete workout from head to toe. All Fitness Levels.

LONG LIVE THE STEP!

Step to a great cardio workout!  This class is focused on strengthening lower body muscles through intense cardio movements on a step platform.  This class is high impact and will offer variations for beginners to advanced steppers.

LOW IMPACT AEROBICS

A perfect blend of low impact cardio mixed with a variety of strength training exercises.  If you are looking for a low intensity complete workout then this is the class for you.  All Fitness Levels.

MEET ME AT THE BAR

This class is a nonalcoholic mix of complex barbell movements. This strength training class uses barbells, plates, & steps. It will challenge all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, lunges, lifts, and curls.  Great music and best of all your choice of weight to inspire you to get the best workout at your own level.  So meet me at the bar to get a nonalcoholic buzz!

MORNING MADNESS

ZUMBA

This is a dance aerobic workout that uses footwork and body movements from Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, and other Latin dances all to the beat of sizzling hot Latin rhythms.  All Fitness Levels.

YOGA

This mixed level yoga class offers something for everyone and allows students of various levels to practice side-by-side.  We always begin with basic postures then gradually progress into more challenging postures.  There will be plenty of modifications & variations offered so you can stay where ever you feel most comfortable at all times throughout the class.  We encourage you to proceed at your own pace, always honoring your own body.  Breath work and deep relaxation are also included in every class.  This is a wonderful way to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit.
